Environmental art project - a competition with major artists invited to submit designs and create major installations.
Artists will use dynamic elements of nature (wind, water, tides, solar, sound, human) to design and implement major installations which are dynamic and "powered" by nature. A competition with a number of winners who will be invited to realize their visions.
